How to order a server on HypeServ

Before ordering a server

Before ordering a server, it's important you choose the right package/configuration for your game. We have prepared guides to help you choose the right package for all servers we offer. Click here to check them out!
We'll show you 3 commonly ordered packages once you choose a game, but you always have the option to select a custom configuration.

Step-by-step: Ordering your server

HypeServ uses a prepaid balance for products. If your balance isn’t sufficient, you should top it up first.

Choose your game

Go to the HypeServ website or Panel and pick the game you want to host (for example Minecraft, Valheim, or GT:NH). Each game has its own page with packages.

Select a package

On each games page you’ll usually be able to choose from the following:

  • Three preset packages (usually Advanced / Pro / Elite)
  • A Configurable “Custom” package that lets you pick RAM/resources yourself

Pick the preset that matches your needs, or choose Custom if you want to fine-tune RAM/resources.

You can always change your servers configuration later, but getting it right in the beginning saves you from a lot of unnecessary stress.

Review and select duration

After selecting a package, you will be able to review your selected server configuration and select the duration you want to rent the server for. You can choose between 7, 30, 90 and 180 days.

When selecting either 90 or 180 days, you will receive a duration discount, allowing you to save when you commit to a server for longer.
If your balance doesn’t cover the plan you have selected, the order button will turn into a Top up button.
Once your account balance is sufficient, you can order immediately.

Confirm and create the server

After confirming your selection and ordering the server, you'll receive a confirmation and the server is provisioned automatically (typically within seconds/minutes, depending on the game).
